We are honored about the nomination for the eAward “Organisation” from report.at!

Which companies have already found the right access to new ways in the crisis? What are the right tools and services for changing business processes? The eAward: Solutions for New Economies sheds light on the new opportunities arising from the crisis – and which efficient tools, resource-saving and innovative solutions will remain in the long term.

As EAM enthusiasts, we have submitted a project with a customer best practice example. The last (online) weeks have shown us once again how EAM, combined with the methodology of modeling, is suitable for teamwork.

Using Enterprise Architecture Management and modeling for cross-team collaboration

The key to successful digitization projects is the smooth interaction of resources. Project initiatives are launched in a complex environment of technology and infrastructure. The team members are made up of different departments and service providers. Transparency is the foundation that makes for a well-functioning and therefore successful team. In a project for an international banking institution, a “proof of concept” for the development and communication of the enterprise architecture was created and validated. Together with IT, business and enterprise architects, modelling and corresponding software was used for different project tasks. The teamwork was partly carried out in workshops on site, later also via video conferencing tools and online. The joint development of models creates transparency, understanding of the task and at the same time documentation that is understandable beyond the end of the project.
