Declaration of our duty to inform
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and only allows this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the 96 Abs. 3 TKG and the 6 Abs. 1 lit a (consent) and/or the legitimate interest in the sense of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Google also offers a opt-out option for the most popular browsers, giving you more control over what information Google collects and processes. If you select this option, no information about your visit to the site will be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent us from transmitting information to us or to other web analytics services we may use. For more information about the opt-out option offered by Google and how to enable it, please visit the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Use of Google Maps
Each time you access the Google Maps component, Google sets a cookie to process user preferences and data when you visit the page that contains the Google Maps component. This cookie is usually not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a period of time, unless you manually delete it beforehand.
The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained via “Google Maps” is subject to the general terms and conditions of Google and the general terms and conditions of Google Maps/Google Earth.
